Truffe – working their way to the top

Two years ago, it achieved the third position. Last year, it was the second. Now, it is the best. A fine example of the fact that it is all well and good to have talent in the culinary business, but without hard work, even the most gifted people get nowhere. 

Truffe is a singular dining place boasting of two chefs. Two ship captains would probably sink the vessel, but the steady development of Truffe has, quite on the contrary, avoided all rocks. 

There is nothing very unique about combining Mediterranean and Estonian cuisine, but Truffe is a unique eating place nevertheless. Youthful, modern and sincere – worthy of being number 1 in Tartu.
