Rucola has come to stay

Rucola’s rapid rise to the rankings of the best eateries last year was a surprise. But Rucola’s survival in the rankings is no longer a surprise. There are never enough of such unpretentious eateries which are made with good skills and heart in Tallinn or Estonia as a whole.

Rucola charms with its modest identity. It is not easy to answer the question what it is that makes Rucola pleasant. You don’t have to be able to highlight something from the whole. Because it’s the whole itself that works, not any single feature.

Many restaurants wish for people to feel comfortable there. Rucola has made no such declaration. Because the comfort of the customer is only achieved through actions, not talking or wishing.
