Horisont – unwavering
One of the few restaurants holding exactly the same position it had the previous year. Just as unwavering as their place in the list is their attitude to cooking. If they want to obtain a higher position, they should demonstrate their skills at preparing local foods.
For a while they did, but perhaps these dishes failed to impress the cosmopolitan customers of the restaurant, so that now, fewer local flavours meet the eye in Horisont’s menu. Although they are never ignored completely.
Leaving locality aside, Horisont is definitely the place to enjoy model dishes. Everything has been organised to the tiniest details. It is not often that a restaurant can be characterised by a single word, but Horisont can. The word is “unwavering”.
