The competitors of restaurant Ö have only very good words to share. No matter who you ask, everybody gives nothing but kudos to the restaurant. And when it comes to the chef Roman Zaštšerinski, people talk superlatives, that Roman, no doubt, is more than worthy of. One word would suffice to characterise him. This is commitment. Yet, surely, without commitment, these days one is not likely to achieve such a unanimously recognised edge over one’s competitors.
