Karl Friedrich – classical and distinguished .

The restaurant, based on European cuisine, consists of four individual halls. The Cabinet, Golden, Red and Venice hall provide the eaters with quite a lot of privacy. The taste combinations that the chef Veiko Ruukel comes up with are charming and sometimes surprising. Once in a lifetime we should definitely try the historical speciality “Karl Friedrich” that is served on a hot lava-stone plate. The slightly smoked beef fillet-tournedos with herb potatoes and red-wine and boletus sauce make a really square meal.
