Tchaikovsky - a symphony of Russian and French cuisines.

Interestingly, the restaurant got its name in the very final stage of completing hotel Telegraaf. Everybody was busy looking for a name to the hotel and eventually the menu, interior and the like were expected to confer a suitable name. And this was the case. The classical restaurant with a sophisticated and festive style can deservedly bear the name of Pyotr Tchaikovsky, the renowned Russian classical composer.
A business lunch or romantic dinner – the atmosphere is suitable for both. The menu, good service and exquisite interior design are like different parts of a symphony. Just like in music, the individual parts are supposed to be well matched in order to yield a consummate symphony or cantata.
