Kolm Õde – a new old player

Hotel Kolm Õde is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Tallinn. So far the restaurant has not been ranked that high. Neither is it ranked that high in this particular case. Yet, one has to allow for the fact that by the time of voting the restaurant had functioned with the new conception only for a month.

Nevertheless, it had already been noticed. And acknowledged by the speediest guests with the same readiness.  

Characteristically, the dishes show that the restaurant has adopted a surprising approach to dealing with traditional foodstuffs. The guests notice it already while reading the menu, not just when the waiter comes to pick up an empty plate and asks if the guest encountered anything surprising.

As another major peculiarity of the restaurant, dishes are served as half-portions and a glass of wine (also as a half-portion if desired) is offered with all dishes. Thus, one can relish several interesting tastes during a meal, definitely with a good wine to match the food.
