These days when everything traditional is in high esteem and it is trendy to use any raw material that is available as close to one's home as possible, Museum has had the cheek to go the opposite way. The eating places with dishes from a sundry of geographical locations on their menus have not garnered success in Tallinn.
But Museum has. Because they exhibit a genuine cosmopolitan flair. Those who have tasted sushi in Tokyo, had pasta in Milan or enjoyed foie gras in Paris can not say that it tasted any different there than at Museum in Tallinn.
The lounge and restaurant are situated side by side. It is as easy to step from one to the other as to fly from Tallinn to Berlin. Where am I at the moment, in the lounge or restaurant? In Tallinn or Berlin? It does not really matter. It is the right feeling that matters. And this is what Museum is all about!
