Tigu is actually not a restaurant in the classic sense of the word. It is more of a wine bar with an ingenuous, cosy interior which also serves food. Moreover, the place is open just five days a week and even then, only during the evening. And the location requires a keen eye on the address, otherwise you might never even find Tigu.
Initially, it was meant as a dining place for inhabitants of the neighbourhood. For those who love to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine and wines with friends. But anything good is not likely to remain a secret for long. Word of mouth about a cosy gathering place for food lovers spread quickly.
There is no fixed menu; dishes are prepared from the raw materials that are currently the best and available. Seafood arrives twice a week and then it is worth being there. Tigu is always jam-packed, that is why it is a good idea to make a reservation beforehand.
