Nero – fantastically unearthly

Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel in the port district of Tallinn harbours the restaurant Nero. The restaurant with an interior design resembling a sci-fi movie provides a menu fit for gourmands that is fairly unexpected of a restaurant of a large hotel. The chef Andrus Laaniste loves experimenting and is undoubtedly one of the enthusiasts of modern cuisine.

The dishes push the boundaries of tastes and provide the joy of discovery for everyone who is no longer satisfied with simple food. Although the place is a spa restaurant, no one should fear that the meal might be too light. On the contrary, especially if all interesting things found in the menu are tried. Horse meat, to name one.

An excellent proof of that a large hotel's restaurant is not necessarily boring and dull. Innovation is the word for Nero. No chance of boredom here.
