Nevskij on Rataskaevu Street

Nevskij is a classical Russian restaurant. In most cases, one would expect plentiful and luxurious decorations. With Nevskij, the first prejudice turns out to be true whereas the second one not.  

Above all, Nevskij is a comfortable restaurant. And natural. After all, it is situated in Hotel Peterburi on Rataskaevu Street, not on Nevsky Prospekt in real St. Petersburg.

The dishes served at the restaurant are likewise reminiscent of the atmosphere. There are made by original recipes gathered from babushkas in Russian villages. In contrast with large Russian cities, Russian villages are always genuine. Restaurant Nevskij is as genuine as the villages.
