Nero – trials without error
There is a fair share of bold experimenters among chefs. But the eaters of their dishes must often be just as daring. The economically trying year has significantly reduced chefs’ audacity. These days it is more in fashion to rediscover the old, rather than waste time on the unprecedented.
Fortunately, there is always someone who dares and is able to stay true to their chosen road. Estonia’s gastronomy would be much poorer without Nero and without the ideas of and their execution by its chef Andrus Laaniste.
And what is most important, you do not have to summon up courage before going to Nero. Errors will not reach the dining hall.
