Ribe – eternal number two

Ribe is one of the two restaurants that repeated its last year’s ranking in this chart. Two years is a very long time in restaurant business. A lot can happen.

It would be better if it did not, however. There are too many ‘fidgety’ dining establishments, always changing something, always doing things in excess. After all, stability is worth something as well. Not everyone is capable of it.

And ‘eternal number two’ is probably the best praise you can get. Have you ever heard of someone somewhere being an ‘eternal number one’?
