Tchaikovsky –everything must be elegant in a restaurant

A Russian cuisine with a French influence. Sounds elegant. And so it is! Russians take their cuisine even too seriously. But if a little bit of obvious French elegance is added, the result will be super.

It seems as if Tchaikovsky makes their customers identify themselves with the restaurant – polite, festive and desirous of pleasure. Guests who are convinced that it can’t get any better are totally wrong! It appears already next time that some odds and ends have been still found to improve the place.

And this never-ending improvement is done with an elegant easiness, not with a frown showing how serious work they are doing at the moment. Can't get any better? Sure it can!
