Dominic fell in love with wine

Is it possible to combine two good restaurants so that an even better restaurant is created, surpassing both of the former ones? No, such a thing is not possible! Or maybe theoretically…


But that is the wrong answer. The sommelier Imre Uussaar and the chef Allar Oeselg brought something along to their new work place from the closed-down In Studio Vinum – the love for wine. It seems like that was exactly what had been missing. Dominic is now a better restaurant than ever before, and also better than In Studio Vinum, which had previously enjoyed a higher ranking. In charts as well as in real life.
