Bocca is not about compromises

Bocca is the only restaurant in Estonia that has made it to the top 50 restaurants of the world. Bocca is a trendy restaurant. These days, however, it has become trendier to eat out more frequently and to opt for cheaper and simpler dishes than not long ago. 

Out of vogue, out of mind? Not at all. With the wishes of restaurant-goers in mind, the owners of Bocca alongside with the chef Nicola Tanda opened La Bottega that serves simple dishes. Trendily enough, La Bottega was ranked higher than Bocca among the top restaurants of this year. 

Bocca, however, is always in vogue. Exclusive and good, it will not disappear anywhere.
