Rucola – a dining room in a bedroom

The large residential districts at the outskirts of Tallinn (known in vernacular as magalad, i.e. places where one sleeps) are set apart from the rest of the city by numerous apartment buildings, a myriad of people… and a lack of good eating places. Why, yes, who is supposed to eat in one’s bedroom!

Rucola, however, ventured to take delicious food to the bedroom and they seem to have no regrets about it. The room is full of people and a good ranking among the top restaurants has been achieved in a matter of a few months. 

Rucola serves good and fresh Italian food. And those who would not like to settle for less at home, can buy some treats to go at the small gourmet shop of the restaurant.
