Spirit came out of the pocket

Very good restaurants are usually very expensive restaurants. Very good restaurants sometimes also have a ‘pocket friendly’ dining establishment. The food offered in that place is prepared in the same kitchen as that of the famous restaurant, but in a more affordable way. Spirit is the ‘pocket’ of restaurant Ö.

‘Pocket’ is a pretty accurate characterization. A pocket is visited surreptitiously, as if embarrassed to be unable to afford going to the famous neighbour. And nobody talks about a pocket – it is the suit that is discussed!

But Spirit came out of Ö’s pocket. Without separating from Ö, it started to garner attention itself. Spirit has already long been visited not surreptitiously but with pride. Going to Spirit is a proof of good taste.
