Bordoo – oh-oh-o’!
The hotel Kolm Õde is small but ambitious. Indeed, the ambition has been realized to such an extent that the name of the hotel’s restaurant – Bordoo – has receded into the background, or has in fact even been almost forgotten.
But ‘Bordoo’ is no incidental name. The hotel’s thoroughly renewed team was inspired by the wonderful name, and these days Bordoo is just like the real Bordeaux. Everything is either already the very best or striving towards it.
So why only the 6th place in the standings? Quite honestly, even that was awarded in advance. At the time of the voting of the best restaurants the new team of Bordoo was only making the first rearrangements in the restaurant. However, the colleagues have an immense respect for the skills and abilities of those people. Time will tell, as the saying goes.
