F-hoone – not just some random building
F-hoone is the newest eatery in this year’s rankings of Tallinn. It is located in a neighbourhood difficult to find even if you know the address. But finding it is worth the trouble. The prices are probably among the most affordable in Tallinn, but the food is not left in the shade in any way by the much more expensive competitors.
The old industrial building is, above all, frequented by younger people but no one feels out of the place there. All pieces of furniture at the restaurant are recovered objects. There’s been as little money as possible spent on setting up this eatery.
Since there are no large investments to be re-earned and no high rents to pay, the prices can be the friendliest in town. There are plenty of other unused former industrial buildings. Let’s turn them into restaurants!
