Noir is back!

Actually, Noir never went anywhere. The greatest surprise (and injustice) of the last year was that Noir did not fit in the list of the best dining places of Tartu. Luckily, the locals realised their mistake and Noir is back among the best restaurants. 

In the past year, the food menu has grown a bit and the wine selection is suitably varied. Noir has become much more confident, but remained indoorsy and steadfast. 

Perhaps it is the only restaurant in Tartu where you benefit from reserving a table for the evening.
