Stenhus – fearless

When a restaurant loses its chef who has been there since the beginning and become an inherent part of the restaurant, it usually results in a void that takes years to overcome. 

The change was not completely painless in Stenhus either, but luckily, it was smooth somehow. The new young chef has worked in the same building for a long time before, but spent the two last years cooking in various locations in Australia.  

He showed no fear in taking up his new post in Tallinn – the fear of the cataclysmic events of Estonian restaurateuring failed to reach Australia. Classic gourmet dishes have been replaced by fresh and slightly exotic ideas. They are unexpectedly appropriate to inhabit the long-standing cellar arches of Stenhus!
