The chef of Moka has spent a lion's share of his professional years sailing the seas on a cruise ship, and Moka, too, resembles a cruise liner at anchor in Tartu. Everything experienced over the years has been squeezed into the menu. Various ideas from different corners of the world have been put on a single plate all at once.
