Vilde – the youngster is turning into a man

Vilde as a dining place is like a youngster still discovering himself. The restaurant wants to add sophistication to each new menu, so that the days of the once popular pub would be left behind. The health café is new and unlike anything else in the whole town. The night club in the same building allows you to stay indoors for almost the whole day, should you so wish. 

The dishes that the restaurant serves right now are indeed the best that one has been able to get in the building ever before. At the same time, the meals inspired by literary heroes that you have come to know and love still exist. 

Good wines have been added. And so that a suitable dish could be found to accompany the wide range of wines, the menu is kept nice and thick – quite atypical of today's practices. The young man is reaching adulthood.
